In the Name of Transparency, Today We Show Our Defence and Counterclaim
The Defence and CounterClaim (DCC) or ADCC (amended) was already uploaded by the other side, exactly on my birthday (maybe not by intention; at first they tried to make the Order overlap my birthday - a date they're fully aware of):
So he has, in essence, chosen to make it readily available to everybody, which means it's publicly available without having to log in. It's a matter of the public record and is not, in its own right, defamatory. It just documents our side. It explains why my wife and I both sued him [1, 2] in September 2024.
He has since then abandoned his blog and it seems likely that platform will perish regardless, so we're making local copies of the ADCC, put together by our barrister John Stables:
Mr. Stables also added the Schedule of Harassment (SoH), which accompanies the ADCC.
Last year Mr. Stables predicted the case would end sooner or later, probably in the same year (as the saying goes, "lawsuits are temporary, glory is forever, [so] go public") and then told us, "then you can write about it."
So we do. We're legally allowed to comment on this case as long as we abide by injunctions (which we always did). █
