Mountains of Abuses of Process by Brett Wilson LLP on Behalf of Americans and Sometimes at the Expense of British Taxpayers
Last night we mentioned that "Brett and Wilson" - a virtual "limited liability" (liability avoidance) "officer" or "shell" - removed their address on Friday the Thirteenth. Maybe the time is purely a coincidence, but in my experience it could be tied to something else, e.g. a lawsuit against them by their own clients [1, 2, 3] or their growing mountains of debt.
"Brett and Wilson" is not an actual person and for quite a few years the address for "Brett and Wilson" was probably outdated to the point where it can become a potential liability, maybe misrepresentation.
At the moment this "Brett and Wilson" duo has almost no litigation business (based on databases the public can freely access), so it has been increasingly focused on bullying my wife and I. We estimate they've already sent us over 75 KG of legal papers, almost always replete with threats and bad-mannered words (some solicitors who saw these commented on the exceptionally bad temper of those "Brett and Wilson" thugs). They believe it's OK for them to make threats "because we are lawyers" (unhinged if not deranged, yet not so uncommon in this profession which attracts megalomaniacs) and I even received abusive, insulting E-mails from burner accounts demanding removal of articles about them. Instead of something to the effect of "we know where your children are!" it's more to the effect of, "remove all the articles we don't like or go to prison!" [1, 2]
For a moment there one begins to wonder if we live in Moscow and if we should pinch ourselves to discover London isn't inside the Russian Federation.
This is why they have become stigmatised as ‘hired guns’:
Not only Russians, also Americans.
In a nutshell, as we explained a week ago in this second part in particular, the main reason they bully my wife and I even after the trial is over is because they know we intend to write a lot about what they did to us. Our barrister already told us that we are perfectly allowed to do so, even encouraged to do so (as the other side's barrister is clearly abusing and misusing processes, he's an inexperienced youngster who games and cheats the legal system for a living).
Based on the threats they've kept sending us since a week before Christmas, they will try to leverage as a weapon IRC, Gemini, and past articles that have nothing to do with the case. Those old articles and future articles embarrass them, so they are already doxing people in my family (that's a crime by the way!) and resorting to social engineering in an attempt to take whole sites down - another case of abuse of process in pursuit of mass censorship (the maximalist kind).
What's really happening here is, they try to cover up for unlawful things done by the law firm for one American who was in prison for strangling women and another American whose own spouse calls a "rapist" (as recently as a few days ago, again) and who collaborated with the strangler, facilitated by the firm and barrister, formally accused if not indicted less than a year ago by a High Court Judge of abuse of process (for exactly the same thing). In the process they are attacking a woman who was attacked in IRC (the Judge explicitly acknowledged this) and ignoring 14 years of abuse against her husband for merely promoting real computer security. They attack journalism and engage in collective punishment tactics.
Put more clearly, they are serving Americans at the expense of British taxpayers to do immoral and unethical things to people who are themselves the victims of Americans.
Over time the public will become more aware or better familiar with their antics and tactics. I am merely the messenger here and talking about what they did (we have ample evidence, authentic/original/clear in most cases) is a matter of public interest (for Brits, not abusive Americans). █
