EPO "Cocaine Communication Manager" - Part VIII - Mobbing and Silencing of Dissenting Staff

The previous part mentioned mobbing at the EPO. Days ago many EPO workers protested, then went on strike (the following day), with many more strikes to come.
One insider told us (while still working at the Office, albeit under something like PIP): "The mobbing I had in this year of probation was terrible. They sucked all my energies, trying to disqualify me - and all if that because I dare to say something against the 'system'."
Well, it is always important to exercise free speech say "something against the 'system'" - that's the very cornerstone of functional democracies with real opposition parties (not two overlapping parties - both speaking for the same rich people/interests).
At the EPO, the concept of democracy is lost and actively rejected. That's why the strikes are necessary. Have solidarity with colleagues. Before it's too late and strikes too become "impermissible". The EPO's "mafia" already tries to intercept communications (the ability for staff to organise) while forcing staff to make false confessions (to fake approval for the status quo). █
