Microsoft Azure Does Not Have "Hiring Freezes", It Has Had Mass Layoffs Every Year Since 2020

"Hiring freezes" are admissions meant to distract from how bad things really are because there are mass layoffs in Azure this year, Microsoft just tried to hide these.
It's like saying to a widow, "your husband got injured in battle" (instead of "he died").
Microsoft is trying to maintain this delusion of "hey hi boon" even though its debt surges and Azure cuts would hint at lessened demand for so-called 'cloud' (which in recent year got rebranded as "hey hi workloads").
Things are always a lot worse than Microsoft formally or publicly acknowledges. █
