Wikipedia Editors Tried and Tried to Work With AI Content, Eventually Realized It Was Total Trash and Banned It Entirely

To slop, Wikipedia means "training set" or "something to plagiarise cleverly". To Wikipedia, slop must mean trash; it should be outright rejected, period. No citations linking to slopfarms, no slop in Wikipedia articles either.

Anything else would doom Wikipedia even faster, albeit Wikipedia is conditionally "shored up" up by oligarchs and rich people who in exchange for their funding (to an already-rich Wikipedia) want to control articles about them or Wikipedia pages that relate to them.

Wikipedia sucks. Without slop it'll suck a little less. █
