Cloud Computing as a Cloud of Smoke (Your Hosting Provider is a "Legitimate" Military Target)
A month ago:

It's happening again this month (several times), so the Cloud Computing promises (GAFAM, US, outsourcing, subjugation) are false. They don't live up to their promises:

GAFAM datacentres (no matter if one calls them "clown" or "hey hi" or some other buzzword) are targets, which reduces certainty for any business that relies on those GAFAM datacentres. IBM too is a target.
When a French datacentre went up in flames people joked that the "cloud" meant a cloud of smoke (or "smoke computing"); did people envision drones and missiles doing this every week on average?
When it happened in South Korea people mocked those who chose domestic hosting. Outsourcing is no panacea. There's a choice between risk models; co-hosting or co-loco with the US Army (GAFAM) is very risky and also very expensive. █
