Microsoft, Drowning in Net Debt, Will Make Many More Cuts
Microsoft down from $542 to $355 in 5 months: (while its debt exploded)

Microsoft is having real problems (earlier this year it permanently shut down several large facilities, including its library). Many of its areas of operation lose money instead of making money. It also openly admits that slop ("Copilot") should be considered and treated as just a toy for fun and entertainment, not for business purposes. It's just not reliable. So what will happen next?
As we noted yesterday, after Microsoft pretended that GitHub is a slop thing (less than a year ago, after abolishing the last CEO) the leader quit again. "Many people have jumped ship lately." We said so in relation to Microsoft, but they are merely "metastasizing", an associate has remarked, as "those people don't bring skills with them they bring infighting and toxicity in addition to pushing expensive and unsafe practices, products, and services..."
That may be true, but it is still a positive thing when people quit Microsoft. The company is a net negative to society. █
