When Cruelty is the Point (American SLAPPs in London, the United Kingdom, Europe)
Consider the following:
- While I receive threats from burner accounts and get added to "hitlists" an American is threatening to put me and loved ones in prison: Matthew J. Garrett Has Just Sent a Threat to Put My Wife and I in Prison Because His Own Spouse Says He's a Rapist | Last Month Matthew Garrett Said Ridiculous Things After His Spouse Had Called Him a "Rapist", Now He's Trying to Take the Site Offline and Put My Family in Prison
- This American makes threats of serious harm to me and loved ones every month since the trial, which finished 6 months ago: What is "Serious Harm"? Or Whose? | Causing "Serious Harm" to Many People (Even Animals) | Silencing Inconvenient Voices Online | SLAPP by Americans Against Techrights (UK) to Hide Serious Abuses Against American Women
This same American person, who admits being funded by third parties, then tries to leverage what he calls the power of the state against me, despite him not being in this state! In effect, he's trying to weaponise a foreign government against foreign people (native to that government) because he doesn't like what they say.
He then threatens to do something:
- Incredibly cruel also to the pets of these people
- In effect a death knell or death penalty to animals
He liaises with another American to subvert the course of justice in another continent:
- The first American is accused in public by his own spouse of cruelty to animals, increasingly made public; it's alleged that he was breaking the leg of their puppy
- The American he is liaising with was also accused by his ex-partner of abusing her dog
Why would our system entertain such American sociopaths?
Because:
- My wife wrote articles to explain actual (real) abuse that she was subjected to online (even Hate Crimes) - abuse that the chief judge acknowledged had happened and my wife neither deserved nor invited?
- Because I oppose abusive American companies putting back doors in things everywhere, with help from a man whose own spouse repeatedly calls "rapist" this year? Because I exposed corruption in Microsoft GitHub, which involved an American man who had assaulted American women and ended up in American prison?
If none of this makes any sense, that's because it makes no sense. But this is the fantasy they have in their minds. And they try their best to prevent us talking about it, using unscrupulous "hired guns" who lie to many Judges. █
Americans' SLAPPs in the UK (plaintiff-friendly and notoriously expensive, i.e. favours deep pockets or rich sponsors) became a very hot topic in recent days.
