SPAM That Mentions "AI" 16 Times (in "Security" Clothing, But Selling Back Doors), a Paid Placement in The Register MS
This coming Wednesday RMS is giving a talk in Texas. On the same day, according to The Register MS, there will be spam in "webinar" clothing. The Register MS, now in financial trouble, is already promoting this spam:
Why would The Register MS, whose former chief admitted slop was just overhyped garbage, wish to participate in the hype? It helps bamboozle people while promoting scammers (in exchange for payments from those scammers). This will doom the reputation of the publication, The Register MS. A publisher that lies to its audience because rich people paid it to do so cannot be trusted forever. It's called "sellout".
In this case they promote a company that puts back doors in things. █
