Mass Layoffs at IBM Again, Just in Time for the Fake "Results" Next Week

As somebody pointed out some hours ago, the article got deleted:

Last week Red Hat sacked 400+ engineers in China. IBM didn't comment on this. Only The Register wrote about it (referencing our exclusives).
Now, assuming the above got pulled for alleged inaccuracies, it's happening again (439 layoffs) and despite it impacting 20% of staff we'll not see any press reports. Slopfarms will issue some chaff to give an illusion of journalism:

There's meanwhile this contentless rumour:

"Spot on," someone said in another thread regarding silent layoffs such as PIPs (causing people to resign to save face). "Much like the way they’ve twisted and weaponised the PIP system, they’ve done precisely the same with the H-1B and other visa system, effectively creating a kind of plantation of indentured servants. Don’t like it then you can get back on a plane and go home."
If the media does not report strikes in the EPO and refuses to cover IBM layoffs, do we still have real media or just sponsored churnalism? █
