Red Hat Staff: IBM Red Hat Laid Off About 400 Engineers, the Media Did Not Cover This
About a week ago Red Hat had mass layoffs. We believe we broke the story. How many workers were affected?
- we first saw estimates of 300+;
- later we saw estimates of 400+;
- this insider now says about 400, i.e. somewhere "in-between" (the above estimates).
Linux kernel developer. How many people at IBM's Board (BoD) use Linux? Probably zero.
IBM Red Hat is very inclusive, unless you are from the 'wrong' country. It also polices people's language - under the shallow/false guise of tolerance - despite IBM being a leading enabler of Nazi Germany (Watson was openly a fan of Hitler). The media is not doing its job or doing a really shoddy job. It helps IBM, which pays the media, cover up both the present and the past. █
