Microsoft Windows Falls Below 9% in South Africa

The statCounter site shows that in South Africa Windows has fallen to new lows. Single-digit lows and all-time lows.

We see the same in Europe this month. According to Steam Survey, over 4.5% of Steam users are on GNU/Linux and in Germany desktop/laptop Web requests are about 6% GNU/Linux. Windows is down to 38% in US government sites (statCounter measures it at 31% in the US).

As one can expect, GNU/Linux is measured as going up in France. █
