Microsoft's XBox is Going Away Like Microsoft's Skype (Slowly But Surely, Then All at Once)
Data published 2 days ago:

Microsoft's XBox is having an exodus (most senior executives leave in droves for several consecutive months since March or even February because they know what's coming) and Microsoft's media apparatus is spreading noise to distract from it. See headlines such as "Xbox CEO Asha Sharma kills Copilot for Gaming — overhauls leadership with CoreAI veterans" or "Gamers Cheer as Microsoft Pulls Copilot Hey Hi (AI) Out of Xbox Entirely".
That's not the most important news, it is noise.
To be clear, CoreAI [1, 2] is how Microsoft hides the collapse of GitHub as well, as we last noted some weeks ago when the chief of GitHub quietly left the company (almost nobody noticed this!).
Be wary of media noise; it is what came to be known as "AI-washing". XBox is dying rapidly. There's no future for the consoles, Microsoft will try to recycle the brand (like it did "Surface"). █
