SLAPP Censorship - Part 72 Out of 200: Microsoft's Graveley and Garrett Signed Documents That Hold Them Accountable to Truth and Liable for Lies

The previous part showed some more blatant examples of 'copypasta'; notice this was done for two connected men by the same barrister instructed by the exact same lawyer; they can't name their clients right, nor can they name my wife correctly (she cross-examined them about it in the High Court)

This is them signing a statement by which they recognise that they face a real and potent risk by advancing deeply flawed (and interconnected) lawsuits:

In 2021 I began receiving SLAPPs shortly after I had exposed Microsoft scandals that likely resulted in the expulsion of Microsoft GitHub's CEO. His friend, whom I exposed (he was allegedly his "best friend"), was arrested around the same week, then I was repeatedly threatened by lawyers over some worthless "tweets" - threatened on behalf of the person who had harassed, stalked and defamed me since 2012 (after this site kept exposing his employer's sinister collaboration with Microsoft - a collaboration in which he personally participated). Over time it would turn out that he also had various collaborations with Microsoft staff - he admitted this in Court and even after the trial. His collaborations involved booze (alcohol) as well. Such collaborations are unsavoury and apparently unprofessional, too.

At the moment we have legal representation (first time since January 2025 when a judge ordered Garrett to put in his Defence because we sued him [1, 2]).

Also of note are the following observable facts that are backed by hard, concrete evidence.

1. Garrett's lawyers may have engaged in and further facilitated contempt of court
2. Graveley's lawyers may have engaged in and further facilitated contempt of court
3. Garrett may have lied to the Court (possible perjury) over the source of funding for his lawsuit
4. Garrett lied about his lawsuit being connected to Graveley's
5. Graveley lied about his lawsuit being connected to Garrett's (Garrett was forced to admit this at risk of perjury after he had sworn on the Bible and after being evasive to no avail)
6. The Garrett and Graveley cases are just a giant copy-paste (will be reported to BSB in due course), transcripts show they were also coordinated in tandem; Court staff has apparently already decided to treat these as conjoined, based on updates since 2025; to make matters worse, a few weeks ago Brett Wilson LLP foolishly sent a message to the Court only reaffirming this further - they are doing a "tag-team" with those two people and less than 2 days before a Garrett Hearing they played the Graveley pawn once again, only to receive the cold shoulder from the Court (in cross-examination they admitted they had lost track of who's who and made embarrassing errors).
7. Various filings contain false statements (which their authors, including Garrett, know to be false)
8. The lawyers of Garrett and Graveley breached rules to game the system and "get ahead"
9. Someone connected to the law firm of Garrett and Graveley (if not Garrett or Graveley themselves; they need to decide who) sent threats from burner accounts. Those were deemed a "threat to kill" by GMP (Greater Manchester Police) and are still actively investigated.
10. Garrett decided to repeatedly dox relatives of mine because he wasn't happy with the outcome.
11. If that's not bad enough, at almost the exact same time I got added to a hitlist (potential violent harm) and it seems highly plausible that a friend of Garrett did this (if not Garrett himself)
12. None of the above is funny, but Garrett continues to use foul language in public, set aside violent rhetoric

To be clear, my wife and are law-abiding citizens, carrying out essential functions in society, not chasing money (wealth does not matter to us, we are motivated by altruism). We've already followed orders, we have proof to show this, yet this truly horrible Garrett keeps sending us all sorts of threats and much of the above serves to show that he himself was probably in contempt of court for several years.

Prior to this he was trying to crash our IRC bots like some childish Internet troll who pretends to be "hacker" or impersonating other people in IRC like impersonation is a "joke".

It's not funny at all. We shall find out who has the last laugh. █
