Today the Whole European Patent Office (EPO) is on Strike and Next Monday an Even Bigger Strike
Everything is OK, Campinos protects his friends so they become millionaires

Last month the staff representatives said management was bribing the staff with food (or at least attempting to) and pressuring them to grant fake Europe Patents. The friends of the President, who deems cocaine "OK", seem to have lost a sense of reality. They're just bullying staff; they break the law in pursuit of money and power. The media does not even speak about it.
This past Thursday there was a General Assembly organised by the Local Staff Committee Munich (LSCMN). "The Fight Continues," they said. "In the General Assembly," they said, "we will present the Central Staff Committee (CSC) opinion on the planned new salary adjustment procedure. According to simulations over the period 2014-2025, the proposal still shows a double digit loss in purchasing power for all places of employment without any financial justification in view of the excellent results and surpluses of the EPO." They speak of days of strike for over 3,000 EPO workers: "Days of strike on Friday 8 May, Monday 11 May and Friday 15 May".
That's today and this coming Friday. Their colleagues in The Netherlands will join them. These strikes will carry on for the foreseeable future.
SUEPO TH committee (The Hague, The Netherlands) has meanwhile communicated to staff: "Join us on the strike anchor day to meet fellow colleagues in an informal setting, share perspectives and ideas, and strengthen our common voice. A free drink and snacks will be provided, and there will also be the opportunity to play tennis or padel, so bring your racket! Everyone is welcome."
The strike anchor day is next Monday (Strike Anchor Day Gathering). But today too they will be on strike. From communications transmitted this past Saturday:
Message to all strikers - SUEPO The Hague Strike Day EventSAVE THE DATE – Strike Anchor Day Gathering
Dear members, dear colleagues,
SUEPO The Hague invites all members and all EPO staff to come together on the next strike anchor day on May 18th.
At a time where solidarity and collective action matter more than ever, this is an opportunity to connect, exchange, and stand united.
It should be perfectly clear that: 1) these strikes carry on (since January) and 2) the media refuses to cover these and is thus complicit. Why does European media help corrupt oppressors and won't even speak of Cocainegate? What does this tell us about the role of today's media? █
