Shortly after my wife and I sued Garrett [1, 2]:

The case against us was really quite simple. It's not as complicated as they like to put it (in 85+ kilograms of legal papers!). They try to snow us under papers to distract from (or bury) our side of the story. The Court cannot handle such a volume of papers, including thousands of pages of binary slop.

Microsoft's Graveley & Garrett v Schestowitz & Schestowitz is managed by a very small legal team of a Serial Strangler from Microsoft and his litigation buddy Garrett. This legal team has an anti-metoo history (it targets and thereby profits from bad people; it's targeting vulnerable women who cannot afford a counsel because they spoke of abusive men who are richer - or more senior - than them) and right now - as recently as this week - this team instrumentalises an American who spent time behind bars for assaulting women because Garrett is having difficulties and could be liable for contempt of court unless he flies away from the UK fast enough (there's also a criminal complaint at the police tied to death threats).

Having taken a man who was behind bars (a GNOME/Microsoft buddy) as his teammate, he is nowadays trying to put women (even their own spouse!) behind bars based on false pretences. Last night I was reviewing old letters from Brett Wilson LLP, a firm that would intentionally use a very old name of my wife (she cross-examined them about it this past October). It was previously noted that women was fleeing this firm, where women were nothing but workers who lick stamps or relay E-mail (not write it).

Their sole media lawyer who was not male left the firm just days after the Garrett case - perhaps disgusted by what her male bosses made her do (all the owners and managers of the firm are white middle-aged men who put their assistant's name on communications to give an illusion of ethnic diversity).

So it is very clear - more so this week - that Brett Wilson LLP is a SLAPP firm for men who attack women and escape sobriety. It's more like an Outlaw Firm, not a law firm. █
