Up to 10,000 Microsoft Layoffs in a Couple of Months

Microsoft has just admitted that it is laying off about 1,000 people in LinkedIn. Microsoft also recently admitted it would instruct nearly 9,000 American workers (some of the highest paid one) to consider leaving on July 1st 2026 with some crummy offer. Combining those two numbers, we're talking about nearly 10,000 people (at most) by the end of next month and we expect more of the same this month and next month, especially in XBox. In ZDNet ads this week, Microsoft says "XBox" is a "Windows 11 update". XBox is dead. They try to rebrand Windows as "XBox" and vice versa. █
