Update on Sirius Open Source in 2026 (When Your Former Employer Commits Crimes and Nobody is Held Accountable)

posted by Roy Schestowitz on May 15, 2026

Operating through shells:

SIRIUS CORPORATION LIMITED

Compulsory strike-off action has been discontinued

My wife and I quit Sirius Open Source 4 years ago after we had witnessed many bad things, not limited to pension fraud. Last year the company's own staff took the company to court and the company was nearly deleted by the registry (Companies House) a few months ago. We now understand there may be even more lawsuits coming the company's way, even if the CEO hides in the US (hiding from his two ex-wives and his 4 daughters whom he refuses to support/pay).

The latest dispute seems familiar to us. Several of my colleagues at the time had disabilities and the company did likely unlawful things to them (one of them - who had worked there since 2011 - took the company to court over it; they allegedly settled the claim). I know of other colleagues whose disabilities were ignored or even exploited by truly evil so-called 'managers' (friends of the CEO; absolutely zero relevant qualifications!). They are very evil. They abuse workers; they do this even to blind people.

Where this gets interesting is the nepotism and the company's connections to the British government, which means there's leeway and impunity.

One reader asked, "did any justice come to Sirius? (i.e. did law enforcement EVER do anything?)"

We documented this in video and audio (including calls made to the British authorities back in 2023). We deemed it a matter of public interest and I also spoke for former colleagues, who had similarly been victimised (both women and men).

One reader asked, "is there a paper trail of Sirius being reported to the authorities"?

Yes, but they did nothing.

"I know that Sirius had a GLA [London Town Hall] connection which might mean the authorities did not want to do anything" (indeed, they kept silent regarding pension fraud; they would not even respond to E-mails).

So is there any real accountability in this system? No, not in practice.

If you contact Sirius or authorities or both, nothing will happen. One colleague contacted Sirius about the pension and didn't receive a response, just delaying by the CEO's henchwoman. He did this years after the fraud was in fact confirmed. So the CEO and the CEO's henchwoman were complicit, probably his wife (at the time) as well.

Many people knew. But they participated. They benefited from the embezzlement.

Not only was pension fraud ignored by GLA (British government) but also by Action Fraud (British Police) despite is being documented and confirmed by the pension provider in writing. When things like these happen you lose faith in the legal system and moreover in the institutions meant to guard against injustice, even outright fraud.

In the case of Action Fraud (British Police), they even ignored my MP, who contacted them. She was astonished to find that fraud was tolerated by the police (by means of silence) and politicians had no power. They just didn't reply to her about it.

As one reader put it, "who do you think has the pull to allow the authorities to ignore pension fraud of all things?"

The reality is, it's way too expensive to sue them. I asked my lawyer and a former colleague asked his. Both said the same. The company would evade justice and never pay; arresting the CEO was hard as he had already fled to the US (where we nowadays get SLAPPs from). He seems to fancy the Cheeto President; these people worship someone who breaks the law and gets away with it. This is their role model.

I did not envision myself spending several years (even 4 years after leaving that company) challenging the system for tolerating and even covering up corruption. Worse yet, it is facilitating violent, corrupt Americans that target British people.

This is something we must all be deeply concerned about and seek to tackle, hopefully resolve as well, one day in the future.
