SLAPP Censorship - Part 81 Out of 200: SLAPP Censorship Does Not Work If Your Sole Strategy is Revenge (and You Attack the Family)

Both yours and others'

This part is an interlude because we've just passed the 40% mark (80 parts) for this particular series. There will be more series, but this one deals with particular aspects dating back to 2021.

In 2021 the Serial Strangler from Microsoft got arrested (his attorney confirmed this to us), his friend Nat Friedman lost his job as GitHub's CEO, and Garrett started sending me SLAPPs only days apart. He later admitted that he had spoken to the Serial Strangler from Microsoft before suing me. Touching the Bible compelled him to stop telling lies and quit being coy about the whole thing.

A year later (less than a year) my employer was being contacted with complaints about me. Chat logs were sent to my employer and my wife's employer - logs from a channel that Garrett had long eavesdropped on (his ambitions of cancelling or discrediting me go back to 2012 because I criticised his employer, Red Hat, for serving Microsoft's monopoly and back doors). While we don't have hard evidence that Garrett did this in 2022, months later a person Garrett talked to and coordinated with (they complained to several webhosts in tandem) openly admitted contacting our employers.

In 2023 Garrett kept misbehaving in IRC - to the point of breaching netiquette by impersonating other people - an act that they deemed defamatory to them.

In 2024 Garrett resumed with lawsuit threats (sent from other hired guns, not the ones he leveraged in 2021) and then attempted to settle 6 or 7 times. He wasn't serious about it - it was a joke to him and he could not afford a lawsuit without financial help from third parties. My wife and I sued him in September 2024 [1, 2] and a month later the Serial Strangler from Microsoft reared his ugly head because Garrett wanted more leverage. A High Court judge demanded that Garrett put in his defence and only days later the Serial Strangler from Microsoft sent more threats my way (after 3 months of silence). A week before the trial the spouse of Garrett came out, asserting that Garrett had them drugged, kidnapped, and raped. In 2026 they said Garrett was a rapist (direct quote), then repeated this same accusation. Garrett then asked the Court to put me in prison (after he had attempted the same against his own spouse) and I began receiving "threats to kill" (to quote British Police). Less than 2 days before a hearing dealing with his application - an application he now deems weak (in social control media he says that what he asked for is extremely unlikely to happen) - the Serial Strangler from Microsoft once again reared his ugly head for the first time after 6 months of silence.

It's not hard to see that both Garrett and the Serial Strangler from Microsoft just try hard to hide information about themselves. It's not about justice, it's about hiding from who they truly are.
