Pump and Dump by IBM Insider Traders: Nickle LaMoreaux, Gary Cohn, James Kavanaugh, Arvind Krishna, Robert Thomas, and Others
Bought many shares at around 52-week low (the shares are already collapsing):

Insider trading used to be considered a form of corruption because it's not only unfair; insider knowledge and a conflict of interest (company versus shares) may mean sabotage for personal gain or self-gratification. You can lay off 50% of all workers if that can increase the "value" in Wall Street (when you hold many shares).
So who's doing it at IBM?
Nickle LaMoreaux is one of those people who use buzzwords to manipulate the press, e.g. this recent article:

Not bad, increasing one's "stock value" by over 30% in less than a week or two, based on one's behaviour inside IBM, not to mention paid-for and highly misleading marketing campaigns. Slop boosters, vapourware champions.
The CEO and its closest associates used "quantum" and a very old video (from December!) to prop up the shares before the stock collapsed. The increase in share value had absolutely no basis/anchor in reality; only false/falsified numbers. █
