Years spent trying to scandalise him (because of his message on Software Freedom - a message inconvenient to GAFAM) did not stop his worldwide influence
Bern is a city where talks are routinely given by RMS in recent years; the same is true for the country, Switzerland, where GNU's 40th anniversary was celebrated. Next week (Friday) RMS will give another talk there. The FSF, which RMS created 41 years ago, helps promote the talk:
This event is organised by SBB, the Swiss Railroads, or at least hosted by it and endorsed by it (in its Web site).
