IBM Has Put Red Hat on a Poor Diet of Slop, Now Fedora and Red Hat Suffocate or Choke on It
On an almost-daily basis (mostly weekdays) in Tux Machines we accumulate lists of Red Hat promotions of slop, notably but not solely in redhat.com. This was yesterday's list.
So imagine the chagrin upon seeing that Hey Hi (AI) slop bots ("Agents") "infiltrated Fedora's bug tracker and wreaked havoc", e.g. "closing bugs, posting hallucinated [sic] fixes, and getting bad code into Anaconda."
As we said many times before, IBM trying to ride mindless hype waves (even if there's no money in these) to manipulate its share price will harm Red Hat. Over the weekend we saw more people leaving the company, e.g.:

As a simple matter of fact, this year there are mass layoffs at Red Hat, even if the media prefers to ignore these. █
