IBM Adds Only More IBM Staff to the Fedora Council, They Like LLM Slop for Posting 'Articles'
A lot of people at Red Hat already know this and have directly told us so, but people outside the company pay less attention; a long time ago we wrote and showed (also in a video we made) that Fedora's "council" was little but a mouthpiece of the incredulous people who run IBM and never even used GNU/Linux! They were at one point viciously attacking voices of Free software. See for instance:
According to LWN, the Fedora F44 election results, which can be found in the official site and the "docs" portal, "Miro Hrončok and Aleksandra Fedorova have won seats on the council."
This seems important because both of them are IBM, hence their master's voice (as the meme goes); to protect their salaries they will do whatever IBM says, not what the community needs or wants. This would likely mean advancing the slop agenda of IBM, even at the expense of Fedora users' interests. Publishing spammy slop, earlier this month Fedorova confessed: "AI (Google Gemini) was used in drafting this article."
So it's basically "mildly-edited" slop about oneself. Could Fedorova not write about Fedorova?
Miro Hrončok is IBM staff, so what we're seeing is just an act of IBM fortifying its dominance over Fedora.

We showed something related to this 5 months months ago: Only One Person in Charge of Fedora is Not IBM Staff
If you're a Fedora user, bear in mind the decisions are made for and by IBM. It's like Canonical with Ubuntu, only worse.
Over time the grip tightens and horrible things like slop are force-fed, little by little, along with experimental (broken) replacements of GNU, Microsoft-controlled boot and so on. Mission #1 is conning shareholders of IBM not to dump the IBM stack/stock; storytelling about slop and "security" (opposite thereof) is thus critical. █
