To be clear, any lying in these filings is legally risky
(Directors can be prosecuted and firms shut down), so we'll keep a
very close eye on the filings when they belatedly come out. They
must be consistent and true.
Speaking as someone who worked in a small company (exempted from
outside audits), in my experience they find "creative" ways to
fake number of employees (Sirius did that every year;
I know because I checked every year) and even if one makes
erroneous assumptions about part-timers and
casuals/externals/associates being listed as part-timers, their
official staff page exposes many departures (we don't want to name
them; it's nothing personal).
Maybe some time in the future they will decide to finally show
their true financial state.
It does not seem good. Now they are attempting to kidnap my
identity; because the bottom of the barrel is never low enough for
them. █
