Laptop Bricked After Microsoft Certificates Expiry

Broke my laptop trying to update the boot certificates
Hey guys, so I broke my laptop trying to update the boot certificates that are recently released by Microsoft. Since my laptop was saying that security certificates cannot be updated since your firmware doesn't allow. However, I searched that online and found that I can force update them.
So I went into my security menu and under the boot section, there was this option 'Reset Secure boot' but it was greyed out, so I enabled 'set supervisor password' and the greyed out option was blue again. I remember doing [Enter] to 'Erase all secure boot setting:' and also doing [Enter] to 'Restore Secure Boot to Factory Default:]. And then I pressed F10 to save and edit, and since then the laptop's stuck on the restart loop. It'll turn on, shows the logo and on the left side upper hand, it'll say 'Reset System', and turns off.
I did hard shut down afterwards and turned off 'Set Supervisor Password' to [Disabled] but it is still stuck on the restart loop.
HELP PLEASE!!!
Is "Jim" dead?
Of course none of the above would improve security. This is all about control (by Microsoft). █
