How Long Before GNU/Linux is Measured at 20% in Chad?

February: More People in Chad Move to GNU/Linux
Last month: Chad's Move to GNU/Linux or the Point of Exceeding 5% "Market Share"

GNU/Linux is growing internationally, but in some places it grows more than in others. Prevalence (or abundance or ubiquity) depends on demographics and economic factors, not just national borders.
Chad's economy is very weak (Chad is one of the world's poorest countries), but seems like it works in favour of GNU/Linux. The main way to get people to adopt Vista 11 is to sell them a new PCs and in poor countries it happens a lot less. █
