"Samsung Recently Projected a 19-fold Surge in Second-Quarter Operating Profit", Now There Are Mass Layoffs
When will the bubble k-pop?

Samsung is laying off many people [1, 2, 3] because apparently when profits surge almost 20-fold you cannot retain workers?
Two decades ago we wrote about fraud at Samsung - a subject we would revisit later.
One might expect the media to learn to be sceptical of what Samsung claims. In a 9-month period Samsung's debt rose by about 80%.
But how dare anyone question the sacred cow of "hey hi windfall"? This bubble will last another 50 years, surely. █
