They Called It "Social" and "Media", But It Turned Out to be Slop and Child Porn
Sick "media" for sick people.

"[Computer]-generated content [soc] overtook the volume of human-made content on the public internet by November 2024 and reached 52% in May 2025, according to Europol’s Innovation Lab analysis," to quote this new article from SQ Magazine. We have seen even higher figures. It depends on the platforms they are checking. In social control media, for instance, we sometimes see numbers like 70%. Who in their right mind would wish to waste time reading "word salads" spewed out by LLMs or watch CG crap made arbitrarily by plagiarism engines? Worse yet, MElon's child porn platform has just tacitly acknowledged this problem whilst trying to deflect blame (to people who used the platform using the features it provided to 'undress' real people, even children, without consent).
Why do any sane people still use social control media? Are they addicted to it? █
