IBM Mass Layoffs Began Yesterday, They're Sold as "Voluntary", the "Offer" Runs for Two Weeks (Last Day August 19th 2026)

At IBM, "next step" means IBM "is officially asking people to quit." We took note of this earlier today because of a leak [1, 2]:
Notice the dates. It began yesterday.
As far as we can gather, this is authentic.
How many will "take the offer" so to speak? Based on this discussion (this afternoon), morale is so bad that perhaps lots of workers will sign an NDA, take the "offer", and quit silently... or say only positive things (as part of the "offer").
IBM will self-detonate while using contractual agreements to force people to smile. It's like bribing the people you force out (by denying them what they're entitled to if they don't maintain a phony narrative). It is not compatible with the First Amendment. █
