September 30 is a day before this next phase of bluewashing at Red Hat: IBM is Not Done Destroying Red Hat, Wait Till October 1st 2026 (More Layoffs and Bluewashing)
A massive proportion of Confluent was eliminated as soon as IBM took over (absurdly, the media ignored that, the media didn't cover this!) and it seem like it's not done yet. What will be left of Confluent's staff? 50% of it? And the other 50% becoming "IBM" and/or "reassigned"?
Expect the same at Red Hat, where assimilation and conflict of interest are well underway. Fedora is now run by a skeleton crew that is 100% IBM staff and the principal goal is promoting slop for IBM. █
