For various reasons (notably the rapid growth of GNU/Linux this summer), we patiently await new data from statCounter today (later this morning). It generally helps confront lies about GNU/Linux being an insignificant "niche" on desktops and laptops.

We've meanwhile noticed that Clownflare statistics for north American nations show 19% of requests (CDN) originating from GNU/Linux. █
