Yesterday I received an envelope in error. It was further complicated by the fact that it was a complicated, sensitive matter. I resolved this in the morning before 6AM. The intended recipient received it. I just needed to look for another envelope in a drawer.
While looking inside the drawer I saw mountains of paper from the hired guns proxying for Americans. I reckon they've already sent us well over 100KG and, if one counts what they shipped to barristers of ours (in Court), maybe it's about 120KG. It's very bad for many reasons, the environment aside.
In a sense, it is akin to a DDoS attack on judges and regulators. Regarding the latter, we'll demonstrate this point. I'll personally show - while redacting names - how the SRA expected one lady to study literally thousands of pages shipped by the hired guns. Neither she nor their computer systems could cope.
There need to be rules regarding brevity - rules that apply not only to Litigants in Persons (LIPs) but also hired guns paid over a million pounds by Americans. █
