Many sites berate and mock Microsoft's CEO for celebrating layoffs and using terms like "growth" to refer to mass layoffs. We've caught about 30 headlines about it since Saturday. In English alone...
The reality is, Microsoft is gradually vanishing (it starts from a high magnitude, so this can take some time) and it's not because slop replaces workers or Indians replace Americans (there are Microsoft layoffs in India too), it's because debt spins out of control. Without layoffs, Microsoft won't be able to do payroll (read: pay salaries) and it already compensates many workers with stock instead of real money. A red flag. █
