It Looks Like Mass Layoffs at "Nordcloud, an IBM Company" Today (a Day Ahead of Red Hat)
In the past 60 minutes or so (people read "from scripts"):

Tomorrow it'll be Red Hat's turn, but today it looks like silent layoffs are happening at Nordcloud, another company taken over by IBM. It sounds like redundancies with an NDA, where the D stands for "disparagement". If they don't say nice things, they won't receive severance (or similar). Such NDAs are illegal, but good look fighting IBM's legion of lawyers in a courtroom. Two weeks ago we published: It Has Cost $215,000 in Legal Costs to Sue IBM for Wrongful Termination
Expect the same from Red Hat next. █
