Today it is Sunday, a recess, so this part is short or merely an interlude.
What next: As noted in my personal site, our appeal plans cleared a first hurdle, with more to be known towards the end of the year. We'll refrain from saying anything else at this time.
What happens now: We carry on doing investigative journalism, as usual.
How to help: We can cope OK on our own, as we have pro bono advice and the state helps us deal with the Americans. The political system (or ruling party) is on our side.
Why we got here: It all began in 2012 because I opposed and spoke out against back doors in Linux. Microsoft boosters, trying to give Microsoft control over Linux, did not tolerate my criticism. They were working for monopolies. They were paid to promote monopolies. By 2021 the GGG brigade ("Restricted Boot" Garrett, "Microsoft Plagiarism" Graveley & "Gas The Jews" Lozza) showed up, as did the SLAPPs. █
