In another short writeup, I believe we see the term "Novellization" being coined.

Forget about Tivoization. How about adding a clause to the next version of the GPL that counters Novellization?

It is apparent that Novell is being excluded by the Free Software community inasmuch as it has aliented itself on November 2^nd.

I am so disgusted by this act of treason to the Open Source Community I will shortly be returning a recently purchased Suse Linux 10.1 boxed set, along with a letter, to Ron Hosvepian stating why, and informing him that unless he repudiates his deal with Microsoft and distances himself from them I will not again be using Novell products. I had purchased this shortly before Novell announced its deal with Microsoft, to put on a new computer I built to replace an outdated one. I will now be looking for some other distribution to put on it., maybe Ubuntu or Debian.
