Its probably just a stupid decision to hard code the Microsoft Operating System tag as they only expected to include those but now Ubuntu is popular and they are supporting it , they have probably forgotten about their hard coded program. Or maybe it is too hard to change the coding until the next revision.

I doubt it's a mistake, given the history of MS and its relentless attempt to totally own mindshare. Similarly with Microsoft 'open source' and them turning up at Open Source conferences to 'explain' what 'open source' should be :)
