Summary: Consultation in the EPO became so farcical that management basically denied staff's input (in defiance of the EPO's rules/spirit) and when challenged on the matter it responded, very harshly, whereupon staff representatives themselves were painted as the problem
They have basically built themselves a very expensive palace in Bavaria (Germany), in which to grant European monopolies to billionaires and companies that aren't even European
