As I wrote many times in this Web site, it’s a protection that other companies use to become “too big to fail” (ticket to bailout upon bankruptcy). When people’s lives depend on Microsoft’s survival, then it means health authorities made a colossal mistake.

Microsoft can go out of business,the NHS cannot. Buying into HealthSpace is like buying a “KIN” phone.

Everyone expects doctors and hospitals to keep records and be able to transfer them when needed. No one wants the burden of taking care of these things. Because there is no real demand for this service even provided without cost, Microsoft’s move is a pure power grab.
