Yahoo’s IP Director — and Patent Troll Fighter — Quits? (Confirmed)

We showed this man before and we recently wrote about Yahoo's patents. It has just come to our attention that he’s leaving, so here he is again, explaining what patent trolls are.

Update: this is now confirmed and corroborated.

Joseph Siino, the lawyer who built Yahoo Inc.’s intellectual property department, is leaving the struggling search giant.

Yahoo has lost a number of executives this year, its stock continues to slump, and it began the process of laying off 1,500 workers last week.
