JUST a short while ago someone wrote a comment "about the EPO," dubbing "A bombshell [an article] by Pr Bross [that] has just been published on GRUR Int. issue 8-9/2017," so we decided to look it up. Extracted from GRUR is the following article from the Nemesis of Battistelli. The article is in German, but we hope that an English translation will come soon (volunteers welcome).
