European Patent Office (EPO) Uses Women and Greenwashing to Distract From EPO Crimes and Unified Patent Court (UPC) Travesty

Summary: The Unitary Patent or Unified Patent Court (UPC) agenda is being dressed up in a robe of "justice" while as a matter of fact it is all about injustice on many levels; the EPO is going to make people more and more cynical about those causes it falsely claims to be championing

TODAY I receive a physical letter -- a threatening letter -- in connection to a post I published last year about EPO breaking labour laws. I cannot prove that this is connected to EPO managers, but some of the pertinent details are curious [1, 2]. Either way, today the EPO boasted about trying to commence an illegal and unconstitutional system in violation of several conventions. Also, amid complaints from female staff the management found the audacity to pretend that it cares about women's issues -- for the second week in a row! They seem to be stuffing their illegal agenda with puff pieces that are greenwashing and fashionable pleas for morality (like this (warning: epo.org link) and more that are shown in the video above).

"They seem to be stuffing their illegal agenda with puff pieces that are greenwashing and fashionable pleas for morality..."The EPO has become like a classic crime syndicate that presents itself as sympathetic to animals while butchering actual human beings. The longer this charade goes on for, the more harm will be done to the reputation of the European Union and Commission, which instead of cracking down on EPO corruption (and the thugs who hijacked it and now try to use the EU as a springboard to kangaroo courts) actively participates in the cover-up.
