There are no wrong answers to this question. I've written before that IBM is like a failing restaurant...we've all seen them (or maybe we haven't). When a restaurant (or any business really) is failing, the employees will typically try to make the best of what they realize is a bad situation. Some employees will soldier on, and try to do what they believe is right for the business and the customers...even when they know it's all go
