statCounter: GNU/Linux Adoption Surging in Switzerland, Windows at All-time Low

Last month we said that "Windows Has Fallen to All-Time Lows in Switzerland" and this month it's down again (see above). However, the more noteworthy thing is the rapid gains for GNU/Linux:

Why does this matter? It more than doubled in a year. It used to be notoriously and conspicuously low there. What happened? █
