Microsoft Actually in Trouble, Microsofters Unable to Obey Judges' Orders
For the second time in a week, Microsofters are unable to obey orders
I was surprised to see by how much Microsoft's debt grew when I checked it about 30 times yesterday (every half an hour or so). As it turns out, in the past quarter Microsoft borrowed - on average - 3 billion dollars per month. Does that sound like a solid, stable company? Nope. We'll soon (later today) see new data from statCounter about the demise of Windows.
What's more, we're now told by professionals that it seems abundantly obvious the Microsofters' SLAPPs against us are bankrolled by a "third party" - a subject we'll cover some other day. We have evidence.
It should be noted that the SLAPPs were brought forth not by real victims but people who abuse and victimise people, including one who spent decades harassing people (got sued for it [1, 2]) and looking for sex in FOSS conferences (while the spouse is locked up). He is being platformed by SFC at FOSSY. That says a lot about their "safety" policy.
He does not seem to care about the law either.
The Judge issued an Order. Now his lawyers say they're unable to obey the Order on time and make threats to both my wife and to me, asking us to consent to an extension, or else! We'll share the finer details when the case is over, but it's truly obscene!
This is consistent with their combative communication style, constantly issuing threats and warranting ruin, then acting all surprised when criticised for it. They're basically bullies and brats.
Microsoft and its operatives are going to have to pay for this. The sponsors can and will be held fully accountable.
Microsoft is having issues; it seems preoccupied with silencing critics. █
