Libel/Defamation Law Does Not Exist to Cover up Crimes

They're already sent us about 75 KG of legal papers!

As noted earlier today, solicitors "sent us about 5,000 pages of legal papers this week alone! And it's only Thursday."

This firm and its clients are doxing family members, trying social engineering attacks to take half a million pages offline, demanding removal of every old article they don't fancy (not to do with their client), try to prevent publication of any current/future article because 1) it exposes unlawful actions by the firm 2) it's done on behalf of two Americans who abuse women* (one was in prison for it as a Microsoft employee).

This is classic abuse of process.

It also demonstrates their disrespect for the court, for judges, the other side etc. with machine-generated papers (we'll explain this point in further detail/depth some other day).

Those are papers that they themselves did not bother reading/checking (just like before, they'd even print thousands of pages of binary slop instead of images).

If there's abusive behaviour here, it is all theirs.

The way we see it, they are misusing the British court system - on Americans' behalf - for reputation laundering purposes** (they call themselves "Reputation Solicitors"). It's not about justice or truth, it is about "reputation".

This is not about the client but a whole bunch American people and American corporations they work/ed for. If this persists, our opinion is that they risk being struck off for abusing their licence. But we'll need more time to explain what they did, aside from past anecdotes [1, 2].

We are meanwhile communicating with politicians. This is a matter of public interest and of National Security.

* His real concern has nothing to do with us.

fuck all of this, Matthew Garrett is a rapist, kidnapper, and abuser

Says his own spouse. He is projecting.

Ah good now we have a rapist showing up with TLS opinions

The projection tactics are nothing new.

Just in case you were wondering whether Techrights was at some level devoted to justice

Hypocrisy much? His serious reputation issue is in America, not the UK.

** They have have not even posted anything in social control media for over a week, just "Spear’s Best Reputation" (probably ads).

Well, working for American men (one imprisoned for strangling women) to improve "reputation"... by attacking a reporter in another continent, and then attacking his family as well. Stay classy.
