Microsoft Insiders - Not Limited to XBox - Expect a 'Bloodbath' (Their Own Word)

'Punished for Following Orders': Insider Exposes Upcoming Xbox 'Bloodbath' Set to Devastate Bethesda

We keep hearing about panic at Microsoft. The layoffs, cuts and silent mergers have begun already, they just try to keep workers silent about it all. It is the NDA mindset.

5 hours ago an article was published to say "Microsoft is preparing deep job cuts at Xbox before the end of June, with prominent studio Bethesda among those braced for a 'bloodbath' of layoffs as the company overhauls its gaming division ahead of the next console cycle, according to multiple industry reports."

We keep seeing reports that they're not even waiting until July 1 and are already handing out layoff notices or shutdown notices (some studios will be closed forever).

Not much will be salvaged; Microsoft will call it "IP".

7 hours ago Comicbook said "Xbox’s Latest PR Blunder Is Their Worst Look Yet" (it's a lot worse than merely a PR blunder). It also says "Developers And Gamers Are Going To Remember Xbox’s Latest Moves" or, as we put it days ago, "Microsoft Promises Made to be Broken" and "Trusting Microsoft is Foolish".

This isn't limited to XBox, but the word trickled out sooner in that division. Expect it to be a lot broader in scope - to the extent where 10,000+ may be laid off in week 1 of July (not counting "PIPs", "buyouts", and fake "retirements"). The "official" numbers will be face-saving nonsense (same as last summer), probably seeded by Microsoft's typical media operatives, then amplified by hundreds of slopfarms.
