Increasing Focus on Patent Injustices
When this photo was taken it was the same week (I think) as Alice and in Europe we're getting a deja vu because the EPO seems even more corrupt than the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and without worrying about the law the EPO set up an illegal, unconstitutional court controlled by "the industry". In the US, SCOTUS gave 35 U.S.C. § 101 more teeth. In Europe, litigation giants do whatever they want and encourage patent trolls (their clients) to treat courts like their branch of operation rather than something that exists to uphold laws and protect the public.
