"A Tale of Two Antónios" Will Resume Soon
It's the end of Friday already (working hours UK time)!

How much EPO corruption does EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen intend to tolerate or turn a blind eye to? It does strain the EU's image. These issues must be addressed as they implicate the EU (rigged non-elections).
Today is a politically sensitive day in Chile and in the United States. Open wounds. After the weekend we'll be in the middle of September already and next Saturday is Software Freedom Day 2026. It has been 14 years since we got married and 7 years since COVID-19. Time sure flies. In November the site turns 20!
The long EPO Series ("A Tale of Two Antónios") will resume soon and we'll be writing about the EPO regularly, unlike in August (needed a break, took a break despite constant harassment from hired guns).
As always, our priority and foremost focus (in recent years) was the EPO. This past year we wrote a lot about Cocainegate and we're not done (many more stories about that). Notice how nobody else covers this; it's a loud message (but suppressed message) about the state of press freedom in Europe. █
