Red Hat IT is being moved to IBM effective Oct 1

After 8.8 years, three roles, countless conversations, a few adventures, lots of learnings, and some celebrated successes, I’m officially hanging up my fedora.

He's not alone.

We've had many Red Hat whistleblowers over the years and now we need someone in HR (IBM) to help shed light on Red Hat's long-term fate.

How many people inside Red Hat are "Bluewashed" and how many PIP'ed or "next-stepped"? Red Hat is getting smaller. IBM wants us to think it can replace Linux with slop and replace people with bots (that it calls "agents").

In truth, Red Hat becomes just IBM, including the PIPs and human capital flight. █
